Port St. Lucie SC’s Reserve Team suffered a narrow 2-1 defeat to Miami FC last Saturday after taking the lead through Guivens Louis early in the second half. Attention now shifts to the road rematch on July 25, when the team will have an immediate opportunity to respond.
A SECOND-HALF LEAD
Following a scoreless first half, Port St. Lucie SC broke the deadlock in the 53rd minute when Guivens Louis found the back of the net to give the team a 1-0 advantage.
Miami FC responded with goals in the 56th and 65th minutes, turning the match around and securing the 2-1 victory.
LOOKING AHEAD
Port St. Lucie SC and Miami FC will meet again on July 25, this time with the latter hosting.
